On November 15, the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia hosted a regular meeting with the Educational Foundation “Teach for Armenia”.
The representative of the Foundation was Poghos Mamikonyan, who graduated from the faculty of Political Governance and Public Policy of the PAARA.
Poghos Mamikonyan, spoke about his path rich in numerous trials. He began and carried out his pedagogical activity in the village of Lermontovo, Lori Province. Recalling the years of study at the Academy, and then serving in the army, he admitted that it was with great difficulty that he decided to teach.
Poghos and his students had initiated and implemented a number of interesting community development programs over time.
The participants listened to Poghos with attention and, perhaps, in number of their upcoming events they also planned to teach in a distant village, representing this patriotic and promising path, full of trials.
There were many questions with exhaustive answers.
At the end, a professional quiz was organized, and the winning team received gifts from the Foundation.
