The students of 2018-2019 academic year of the Public Administration Academy of RA got their diplomas in the hall of Ani Plaza Hotel on 10th of July. The great number of the Red Diplomas (Diploma of excellence) attracted attention: 56 of 188 graduates were holder of Red Diplomas. This is the evidence of loyalty of PAARA to its own mission, and it keeps on preparing competitive and pioneer staff who will complete the public administration system of our country.
Rector of the Public Administration Academy of RA Arsen Lokyan congratulated the graduates.
“You overcame the difficult but responsible process. I believe that the future administrators of the Republic of Armenia are graduating from the Academy today. They will fulfil the tasks with great loyalty acknowledging their own mission” said the PAARA Rector. “Be brave, courageous and creative. Never be afraid of difficulties. Observe any difficulty from the perspective of new opportunities. Once facing an obstacle, remember your academic education, and the professional and experienced specialists who did their best to share their knowledge and experience with you”.
Arsen Lokyan considers the great number of diplomas of excellence as an unprecedented case in the history of the Academy.
“It means that you deeply acknowledge the purpose of entering the Academy, and what mission you follow when you graduate” he said.
The PAARA Rector wished the graduates good luck and made them believe that getting diplomas doesn’t mean the end, or only another stage of life comes to the end.
“I am sure that the doors of the Academy are not close. The Academy will be the institution which doors will always be open for you. Today you become new members of the great family of over 5000 graduates of the Public Administration Academy of RA. Most of them hold high offices in public administration system.”
The students also made warm speeches to the Academy, the administration and the professorial staff. They thanked for the knowledge and skills they’ve received there, and promised to be faithful to the slogan of the Academy: Be a student of the Public Administration Academy, and become a leader tomorrow.
The PAARA Rector and the Heads of relevant Chairs gave diplomas to the graduates. Then words of appreciation and congratulation followed, as well as flowers and, of course, great wish to make the memorable moments immortal through photos. The most important issue is the confidence that this farewell is a start of a new stage of life, where each graduate will try to make his potential serve to the glory of the Republic of Armenia.
