The University-Labour Market Connection in the New Format of Personnel Selection

On April 12, the specialists of the Actual HR Partner organization met the Master Students and researchers of the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia to inform them about the vacant positions of sales managers in major Armenian companies. The head of the organization Laura Virabyan briefly introduced the organization, then informed that they adopted a new format for strengthening the university-labor market connection and selecting personnel in accordance with the employer’s requirements. In order to save time for both sides and have a higher result, they personally visit universities to offer their support to graduate and post-graduate students in finding a job. This model is used in the framework of cooperation with the Armenian team of the Rebook sports club. The advantage of a new human resources recruitment program is that it can save both the employer’s finances and time.

The head of Actual HR Partner presented the attractiveness of the vacant positions, and the employees answered the questions of the attendees. Now it’s their turn to decide whether to participate in the program or not.
