On November 19, the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia with the support of the Swiss Agency of Development and Cooperation launched a course within the framework of “Capacity Building in International Relations” project. The course is initiated by the Institute of International and Development Studies of Geneva in cooperation with the Civil Service Council of the Republic of Armenia.
The two weeks’ international seminar on “Integration and Development Issues in the South Caucasus” is meant for the public officers from Armenia and Georgia. And from 19 to 21 of November, the public officers from the Republic of Armenia will attend the three-day training course on “International Arbitration”.
At the beginning of the courses the President of the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia Arsen Lokyan, the President of the Civil Service Council of the RA Manvel Badalyan, the head of Executive Education Department of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies Valerie D’Hoedt Meyer, the project manager Phillip de Castro, the head of the Armenian office of the Swiss Agency of Development and Cooperation Zara Allahverdyan and the President of CABIR’s Union of Graduates Marat Atovmyan welcomed the participants.
From 2011 to 2012 in the framework of CABIR the Public Administration Academy of the RA has organized three more seminars, the participants of which highlighted the significance of the knowledge and skills they gained at the seminar in their professional career.
