On February 14, 2013 the Chair of Political Administration and Analysis of the Public Administration Academy of RA organized courses on “Political Leadership”. The participants were the students and PhD applicants of the Chairs of Public Administration, Political Studies and Law of the Public Administration Academy of RA. So far the subjects of “Leadership styles”, “Team Building”, “Time Management”, “Politics, Power and Influence” have been considered within the course frameworks. Meantime the participants have studied R. Sharma’s (a leading American specialist of such courses) “Leadership without a Title” manifesto, as well as the seven permanent laws of mental mastership to become a leader, elaborated by W. James.
The courses will last a week. The subjects of “The leader as a person responsible for changes, negotiator, orator, a person who acts on the basis of self-realization”, “Interpersonal Communication Skills” are going to be studied. And each participant will present one of their favorite leaders.
The programme is going to last 32 hours, at the end of which certificates will be given to the participants. And the second part of the course will be accomplished in April of 2013.
