Department functions

The Human Resources and General Department at Public Administration Academy of RA is a structural sub-division which, within its competences, realizes the definition of staff demand and improvement of qualified staff, their election, distribution, and recruitment policy.

The Human Resources and General Department at Public Administration Academy of RA, within its competences:

• Drafts the orders on managing staff affairs;
• Concludes civil, legal and work contracts with the invited professors and experts who are enrolled in various programs;
• Conducts the management of the staff affairs (management of personal affairs of the staff and students);
• Secures the publication, enumeration and stocking of Rector’s orders;
• Conducts the enumeration register of legal acts, as well as the calculation record of working hours that is designed for making notes on the period of work of the staff;
• Secures the stocking and keeping the archive of documents in legal order.
