Scientific Secretary of Public Administration Academy of RA is member of the Rector’s office. The Scientific Secretary officially is a member of the Scientific Council.

The Scientific Secretary:

• Along with the Chairman of the Scientific Council drafts the annual plan of sessions of the Scientific Council;
• Drafts the minutes of sessions of the Scientific Council;
• Drafts the agenda of each session of the Scientific Council, submits it to the approval of the Chairman of the Scientific Council and notifies to all members of Scientific Council at least two days before the session;
• Accounts the members of each session of the Scientific Council.

The Scientific Secretary prepares a report on the demand of the Chairman of the Scientific Council about the performance and results of various resolutions of the Scientific Council.

The Scientific Secretary at the session of the Scientific Council presents the documents of candidates nominated for academic degree.
