The objectives of the Academy in the sphere of trainings, are:
To prepare and train a staff for public service and private sector, as well;
To contribute to creation of relevant staff base in the system of public service;
To organize events directed toward improvement of professional knowledge and practical capacities in order to increase the effectiveness of performance of work liabilities of public servants;
To train specialists of the spheres of public, state and community servants, as well as of corporative sphere, and organization of courses for improvement of qualification;
To study and evaluate training needs of specialists of the spheres of public, state and community servants, as well as of corporative sphere;
To work out and fulfill programs through implementation of modern scientific-technical and teaching methods with introducing legal grounds of implemented policy and strategic issues in development of the system.
