Another Memorandum of Cooperation was Signed

In the scope of extension of international cooperation of the Academy of Public Administration of RA, on May 25, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between PAARA and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on developing cooperation in the field of education and science. The Academy hosted the Kazakh delegation, which included Bolat Imanbayev – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Armenia, Yerlan Abil – Rector of the Public Administration Academy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, embassy officials, and the head of the Academy’s strategic center.

In his greeting speech the rector of the Academy of Public Administration of RA Khachatur Ghazeyan thanked for accepting the offer of cooperation, then spoke about the two educational institutions, which have a lot in common both in terms of their foundation, biography, and educational programs. According to the rector, the memorandum will contribute to the further development of cooperation between the two brotherly peoples.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Armenia highly appreciated the Armenian-Kazakh relations, particularly the cooperation between the two academies.

Yerlan Abil, rector of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, expressed his gratitude for the offer of cooperation, which was gladly accepted. He presented the institution he headed, the educational programs implemented there, the commitment to train civil servants for the administration system of their state.

After signing the memorandum, the parties exchanged symbolic gifts.
