Agenda for Business Communication

On November 14, three-day advanced training course was launched under the program of additional professional education on the topic “Business Communication of Organizations” in Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia.

The course was taught by Larisa Valerievna Katysheva, the director of the Center for Modern Communications of the Higher School of Public Administration, acting as part of the Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

Khachatur Ghazeyan, the rector of PAARA, greeting and introducing the guest he noted what result is expected at the end of the course, considering the importance of effective communication.

Larisa Katysheva, expressed her gratitude for the warm hospitality, presented her rich life experience, and briefly introduced the topics of the course, in the direction of which the participants will acquire relevant knowledge and get very important skills.

The course was held with cases. Listeners actively participated in the proposed exercise games.

It should be noted, that among the participants were representatives of various government agencies.
